Barre

Barre fitness is a hybrid, low-impact full body workout that combines ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Classes focus on small, intentional, and controlled movements that help to build strength and improve posture. No dance background necessary! Our barre classes are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels, and modifications are always offered.

Yoga

Power Yoga

Power yoga is the most intense yoga offering. Participants use light weights (2-5 pounds) to increase the intensity of the class. Power classes are built around a basic sequence of yoga poses. Throughout the class, strength training, cardio, and balance exercises are all integrated alongside upbeat music. Many participants break a sweat during class so don't forget to bring water!

Yoga Flow

During flow yoga, participants will go through multiple sequences of poses that gradually increase in intensity. Beginner to intermediate balances are offered as well as a short section of core work. Flow will raise participants heart rates for a short period of time, but then lower it back down during the cool down and stretching portion of class. Overall, flow is a great middle ground between restorative and power yoga - it is great for participations who want to try new poses, work on balancing, and increase flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

During restorative yoga, participants will be guided through breath work and gentle meditations to start class. Some slow movements are introduced upfront. Then, as class goes on participants gradually work into longer holds in a variety of poses. Poses will be held anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes. Overall, restorative yoga is intended to be relaxing, calming, and gentle on the body.
